Do you want a Boston for show or pet?
Male/Female or no preference?
What pets do you currently own?
Do you have young children?
Will you puppy/dog be kept in kennel for more than 4 hours a day?
Do you rent or own your residence?
If you rent can you supply a statement from your landlord granting permission for a dog?
Do you agree to return your dog to seller at no cost to seller if you can no longer care for your dog?
Do you agree that you have read the information on brachycephalic dogs and are aware of their special needs?
If you are purchasing a pet do you agree to spay/neuter your dog by 6 months old and furnish Constellation Boston with a receipt and statement from your veterinarian as proof. Constellation Bostons will then send you said pets limited registration.
